The rules, in full.

Your own, or that of an adult who has agreed to it and knows what it is for. That is the whole rule and it is the most important sentence on this page, because this product will generate photographs of anybody whose pictures it is given. Somebody whose face was used without that agreement can say so at /report, with no account and no proof of identity required, and the account can be stopped before anything else is settled.

So, plainly: no children. Nobody who has not agreed. No public figure you do not know. Nothing sexual. Nothing made to pass one person off as another, and nothing made to mislead anyone about who did or said something.

If somebody tells us their face is here and they never agreed to it, that account is closed and the photographs are deleted. Write to support@headshotstudioai.com if that is you.

You do. Use them for a profile, a bio, an about page, a poster, a press kit. Nothing here needs crediting and nothing here is licensed back to us.

What we keep is permission to store them so you can come back for them, and nothing beyond that. They are not used to train anything and they are not shown to anybody else. See the privacy notice.

A credit buys an attempt at a photograph, and the first 8 are free precisely so you can find out whether the likeness holds before paying for anything. What nobody can promise is that a particular photograph will be one you like. Taste is not a defect.

A failure is different from a disappointment. When a job fails, the credit goes back by itself, without anybody asking for it. When a photograph comes back as somebody who is not you, that is the one claim this product makes and it has broken it: write in and the credit goes back. You pay for photographs, not for attempts.

This is one person running a website. It can be down, and a model provider can be down. Nothing here is sold as a service to hang an immovable deadline on.

Everything bought here is sold by Stripe, which is the merchant of record: the charge on your statement, the receipt, the tax and the refund are all theirs, and their terms cover the sale itself. Prices are on the pricing page, and tax is added at checkout.

A subscription is cancelled from your billing page, in two clicks, with nothing behind them. The photographs keep coming until the week you paid for ends.

You can delete your account whenever you like, and everything goes with it. An account can also be closed from this end for breaking the rule at the top of this page, and that is the only reason it happens.

This site is run by Vladimir Lukashov. Liability is limited to what you have paid in the last twelve months, except where the law does not allow it to be limited, which in the EU and the UK is most of the ways it actually matters.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. A change that affects what you have already bought does not apply backwards to it.
