Write to support@headshotstudioai.com. It is read by one person, Vladimir Lukashov, so the honest answer about timing is hours rather than minutes, and days rather than hours at a weekend. You get a reply from a person.
The three things most people write in about are answered below, and you can do all three yourself without waiting for us.
Cancelling
Where you cancel depends on who took the money, and the two are not interchangeable.
If you subscribed in the iPhone app, Apple holds the subscription. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel it there. We cannot cancel it for you, and neither can Apple support staff on our word.
If you subscribed on this website, open the billing page and cancel there. It takes two clicks and no email.
A cancelled subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is taken away early.
Deleting your account
In the app it is on the account screen. On the website it is on your account page. Either way it goes through nobody and it is not reversible.
It removes the photographs, the pictures you uploaded, and the people you made from them. The privacy notice says exactly what goes and what is left.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription Apple sold you. There is no way for us to stop one, so cancel it in Settings first, then delete. A subscription bought on this website is cancelled for you as part of the deletion.
When a photograph is wrong
If a job fails, the credit goes back automatically. You do not have to ask, and you do not have to notice.
If a face comes back that is not yours, write in and we return the credit. That one is done by hand: there is no automatic check of whether a likeness held, and this page is not going to pretend there is.
Anything about a charge goes to the same address, including a charge you do not recognise.
Somebody else’s face
If a photograph has been made from your face and you did not agree to it, reporting it needs no account and no proof of who you are. That page says what to send and what happens next.
The subscription, plainly
One weekly plan, four photographs a day, renewing until you cancel. It is $6.99 a week on this website and $7.49 a week in the iPhone app, where the difference is the App Store commission rather than a different product.
The app opens with three days free. This website does not offer a trial; it gives you eight photographs before it asks for anything, and those never expire.
