Is tax included?
No. Tax is added at checkout based on where you are, and the receipt states it separately. Payment is handled by Stripe and the receipt comes from Link.
How do I cancel?
One button on your billing page, and a second to confirm. Your photos keep coming until the week you have paid for ends, and you can restart it until then. You can also cancel at link.com, where the receipt comes from.
What if a photo comes back wrong?
If a job fails, that credit is refunded automatically, without you asking for it. If a face comes back that is not yours, write in and we return the credit: likeness is the one claim this product makes, so it is not a thing to argue about. You pay for photos, not attempts.
Why is the subscription daily, not a monthly pool?
A daily allowance is what keeps the price at $6.99. A monthly pool would be spent in one afternoon by the heaviest users and the price would have to carry that.
Is it the same price in the iPhone app?
No. It is $7.49 a week there, because Apple takes 15% of an App Store subscription against about 13.5% for card processing here, and the App Store price is this one plus that difference rather than a different plan. It is the same subscription either way, on the same account: subscribe in one place and you are subscribed in the other, and your photos and people follow you between them.
Do free photos expire?
No. The 8 signup photos and any purchased credits stay until you use them. Only the subscription's daily allowance expires, at midnight UTC.
